I would audio describe it or anything... I would delete it in my dev tools and then finish perusing the page.

Question in the snippet relating to heading tags:
http://paste.ubuntu.com/21124232/
[michiel]
jakecross: with the APG we opted to skip the description heading; it should be clear that the introduction paragraph is a description of sorts that describes the preceding heading.

Consecutive headings are also not recommended. Besides extra code, it can cause cognitive issues, and can be a pain for screen reader users.
[jakecross]
Could you let me know what the APG is please
[jakecross]
Other than that question though, what you've said makes sense. Thanks :)

The first h3 in the first part of that paste doesn't add anything really.
[michiel]
The APG is the ARIA Authoring Practices Guide:
http://w3c.github.io/aria-practices/
[michiel]
For example, if you look at the Alert design pattern, we go straight into the description, no subheading:

Is the whole "use role=document" thing because a tab index has been added?
Because I thought a dialog shouldn't be an application-mode-anything anyway

What’s your problem with UI Job?

Jul 27 12:51
@dean
Just inexperienced
I know what I want, but I don't know how to make a design work with content
I'd love to be able to do that

Sweet it's on Safari
Thanks
@dean
. Mostly I know it's not something you just learn by reading books. But knowing the basics helps. I just need to practice.
