It does suck, but I sort of would rather the honesty of this response rather than the usual "oh it's a huge priority and coming soon!" where soon means it's at the bottom of their priority list

Most of the training I do starts with empathy exercises followed by practical application. It is not perfect, but it works well. I usually have 20 people, so perhaps not “mass” in the way you are thinking...
