Suggested order for the css-ruby issues:
- ruby offset (4932)
- content height of ruby bases and annotations (4935)
- content height of ruby containers (4936)
- vertical-align on ruby bases (4987)
- line-height property on ruby (4979)
- line-height property on nested ruby (4986)
- width and height properties on ruby (4974)
- margin/border/padding on ruby containers (4976)
- Box model / layout model for nested ruby (block axis) (4980)
- siblings/children vs in-flow siblings/children in box fixup (4958)
Renaming :state(foo) to :–foo - still some forward-compat questions to be answered about the DOM interface, but the overall syntax change is something our group can decide on now.
