The rp element can be used to provide parentheses around a ruby text component of a ruby annotation, to be shown by UAs that don’t support ruby annotations.
An rp element must have a start tag.
An rp element’s end tag may be omitted if the rp element is immediately followed by an rt or rp element, or if there is no more content in the parent element.
