  8. [michiel] jakecross: with the APG we opted to skip the description heading; it should be clear that the introduction paragraph is a description of sorts that describes the preceding heading.

    [michiel] Consecutive headings are also not recommended. Besides extra code, it can cause cognitive issues, and can be a pain for screen reader users.
