3.1 Proposal from Andrea Cimmino (Ontology Engineering Group at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid) for a new Working Draft on ODRL Enforcement See the Paper and Github Repo
Notes:

• Andrea gave a presentation on their work on ODRL enforcement
• Slides to be sent to the ODRL list
• Extend ODRL to support more concrete terms for implementations to enforce
• Discussion - we need to focus on the common semantics on the extensions, less on the various implementations
• Need to capture different views from odrl implementations
• Resolution: next month meeting (Nov)
• Semantics Meeting in 2 weeks
