Should we merge all meetings of the accessibility task forces of PMWG and Publishing CG?
Avneesh Singh: We have already merged part of this, but having these two meetings is causing confusion. Some documents are CG reports, while others may be WG notes. Can we handle all of this if we join the two meetings?
George K.: Are there any blockers?
Matt G.: There is no real issue generally, but voting could be tricky because CG members cannot vote on WG issues. Maybe CG members can abstain.

… there are no IP issues; we just need to be careful with WG matters. Non-WG members can abstain; they can discuss the issues but have no voting rights.
… we are a task force, so we would need WG approval anyway. Therefore, this should not be an issue.
Gregorio P.: I am okay with joining the two meetings.
Avneesh Singh: Calendars could be an issue.
George K.: I usually get two meeting invites.
Avneesh Singh: Can you access the calendar and Zoom details for something you are not subscribed to?
Charles L.: Maybe the community group calendar is accessible by everyone?
Avneesh Singh: I will check with Ivan.
George K.: Regarding the publishing repository, is the new repository set up for the community groups?
Matt G.: It is all set up; we just need to fix some URLs and complete a number of PRs.

George K.: I am thinking of deleting and recloning the repositories on my machine.
Matt G.: The CG-W3C organization has new URLs. Automatic redirects will be in place, though. Publishing-a11y is all that is left.

Gautier C.: The CG calendar is only available if you are logged in.
Avneesh Singh: W3C user ID and password?
Gautier C.: The W3C calendar is synced with my Google Calendar. It shows the date, title, and link, but you have to export your W3C calendar to your own calendar, and then it appears on your calendar.
Matt G.: Are there many CG members who are not in the WG?

Avneesh Singh: The CG calendar is better. The WG has an internal mailing list for member-confidential information. It is private (members only), and is not visible to people outside the WG, so sending Zoom info in PMWG could work, but there is no such mailing list in CG so for CG we need to use calendar.

Gregorio P.: We need to talk to Wendy to make sure the latest updates have been made. Gregorio will take up editing the document, with Charles as backup, and Charles, Gregorio, and Avneesh will meet with Wendy to discuss the future of this document.
Gautier C.: I am happy to work with Gregorio and Charles on TTS functions and adding utterances. Any Fixed Layout would render as Reflowable in Thorium.
… Daniel is working on this, but TTS and utterances are being handled by another person.
George K.: Bookshare Fixed Layout concerns need to be looked into based on this document, and potential fixes need to be considered.
… Understanding Rhetoric by Macmillan Learning is a great example of a Fixed Layout EPUB. (This book is also in Bookshare.)
Avneesh Singh: I will download it from Bookshare.
Avneesh Singh: Making Fixed Layout accessible with assistive technology and making Fixed Layout reflow are two separate issues.
