Core requirement

A text transcript is adjacent to audio and video content.

Except when

  • The audio or video content has no spoken dialogue.
  • The audio or video is decorative.
  • The media is already a media alternative for text and is clearly labeled as such.

For each instance of audio or video:

  1. Check that a transcript or link to a transcript is provided for each audio or video.
